Set in the lush Southern Highlands of New South Wales, Osborn House is a heritage hotel reimagined as a boutique destination of indulgence, nature, and understated elegance. As part of its expansion, Wild Modular was engaged to deliver a collection of high-end modular villas designed to extend the guest experience beyond the main estate without disrupting its daily operations. Working within a live hospitality environment, the villas were delivered as fully finished modules, craned into place with precision and minimal disturbance. Each suite reflects Osborn House’s signature style of warm timber tones, artisan detailing, and panoramic views - while being constructed off-site under tightly controlled conditions.
